Dr. Anderson is a member of Nutri Pharma External Scientific Council and contributes with his area of expertise in soy proteins, where his research is world leading. He is professor of Medicine and Nutrition at the University of Kentucky and Director of the Metabolic Research Group and the Obesity Research Network. Dr. Anderson has a wide experience as researcher and has published over 280 scientific articles, books and chapters. He is editor of HCF Diabetes and Nutrition Newsletter and a member of the editorial boards of Diabetes: Self-Management and Prevention.
