Reference is made to the press release dated 19 April 2007 regarding the
successfully completed private placement in Nutri Pharma ASA.
Mrs. Ada Kjeseth, member of the Board of Directors, subscribed for shares in
the private placement and was allocated a total of 130.000
shares at a share price of NOK 3,10. She held no shares in the company prior
to the private placement and now controls 130.000 shares in the company.
