Nutri Pharma ASA has retained Orion Securities ASA to advise on and execute a private placement of new shares directed towards professional Norwegian and international investors.

Nutri Pharma ASA has retained Orion Securities ASA to advise on and execute a private placement of new shares directed towards professional Norwegian and international investors.
The equity issue will be carried out after the close of Oslo Stock Exchange today. The purpose of
the placement is to provide funding for commercialization of its new product, NutriFemme,
while strengthening the equity of the company to take advantage of strategic opportunities. The
planned directed issue will amount to a maximum of 7,867,163 new shares, equal to 10% of existing shares of the company. Any such new shares will be issued in accordance with the Board proxy established at the company`s General Meeting held on 18 April 2007.
