Cleverling Business, a company controlled by Daniel Laroque - president
               of MIG and board member of Nutri Pharma, has transferred a total of
               200.000 shares in Nutri Pharma as an incentive to three of MIG`s main
               distributors in the Russian and Kazahkstanian territories -
               Mr. Oleg Ogromnova (50.000), Mrs Galina Ogromnova (50.000), and
               Mr. Raykhan Berkeyeva (100.000).
